TraduLive, published by MANAGEVENDORS INC, creates an account from your e-mail address when you sign in. You can delete it yourself, at any time, from inside the app. The deletion is immediate; what is kept afterwards, and for how long, is listed below.
In the app
Open TraduLive and tap Settings.
Scroll to Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.
What is deleted
Your e-mail address, your usage count and your purchase records are removed from our servers at that moment. Conversations were never stored on our servers; the ones saved in the app on the phone you delete the account from are deleted with it. Minutes you bought belong to the account and are lost with it.
What is kept, and for how long
A mark for your phone — a one-way fingerprint that is not your phone number and leads back to nothing. It is kept after the account is deleted, deliberately: otherwise deleting an account would be a way to take the free minutes again. It is deleted 24 months after that phone last used TraduLive.
The speech service's usage record — the service that turns speech into text and translates it keeps a record of each conversation: your account identifier, when it started and ended, and how many seconds of sound it carried, never the sound or the words. It keeps it for its own retention period; once your account is deleted, that identifier no longer leads to you.
A technical log you sent us — if you ever pressed “Send the log”, that log stays in our mailbox until we delete it, within 12 months of receiving it; deleting the account does not reach it. It carries your account identifier and a shortened form of your address, never what was said. The service that delivered it keeps its own copy for its own retention period.
The store's record of your payments — the app store you paid through keeps its own record of each purchase, under its own policy. It carries your account identifier, which the app gives the store with each purchase. We never see your card.
Sign-in e-mails — the service that delivers the sign-in code keeps a copy of each message it carries (who it went to, when, and the message itself, the code included) for its own retention period. The code itself is not kept by us.
If you no longer have the app
Write to contact@tradulive.com from the address you signed in with — writing from it is how we know it is yours. We delete the account and confirm by reply, within 30 days at the latest.
