Questions

Which services does the company plan cover?

The phone app, Video Call and Meeting. Company access is linked to the employee’s verified phone number for the app and Video Call, and their verified work email for Meeting.

What does an employee see?

Employees see their company plan and remaining time. With an active contract plan, time used beyond the 10 included hours appears in orange with a minus sign. Card-paid plans cover the 10 included hours.

How are hours counted?

Usage is rounded up to whole minutes. Each person has 10 included hours a month. With a contract, additional time costs €1.50 an hour. Card-paid plans cover the included hours.

Does the company see what was said?

No. The company sees minutes used, features used and languages, not the content of conversations.

How do we pay?

Enterprise: monthly, by contract and bank transfer, after our approval. Small companies: by card, at once.
