TraduLive Meeting · meeting software for multinational organisations

Video meetings translated live, in under a second.

Meeting software with an automatic translator built in. Everyone speaks their own language and reads the others in theirs: several languages at the same time, in real time, with the speaker's name.

The examples show the current meeting interface in English. Participants choose their own language for translated captions and summaries.

This is your screen during the call. You asked in English. Nikos answered in Greek, Claire in French, Marta in Italian. You read each of them in English, with their name, less than a second after each phrase.

One sentence, three screens

Nikos says one sentence in Greek. At the same moment, each person reads it in their own language.

Trainings

Trainings where everyone follows and asks in their own language

You present once. Each person reads you in their own language, and asks in it.

  • One person presentsYou speak and show your screen. Everyone else listens and reads.
  • A raised hand, not an interruptionSomeone raises a hand, you give them the floor, and they ask in their own language.
  • Everyone reads the question and the answerSo the question one person asks is answered for all of them.

What you see while you present: who raised a hand, in which language, and one button to let them speak.

Who it is for

For organisations that work in several languages

If the people you talk to every week do not share one language, this is for you.

Suppliers and clients abroad

The weekly call

Dates, quantities, prices. Each side speaks its own language and reads the other in it.

Teams in several countries

The team meeting

Colleagues say what they mean in the language they think in. Everyone else reads it in theirs.

Trainees in many languages

The training

You present. Thirty people read you in their own languages. Whoever has a question raises a hand.

Hiring across borders

The interview

The candidate answers in the language they know best. You read every answer in yours.

How it works

Three steps, nothing to install

1

Start it and send the link

Choose a meeting or a training and give it a name. You get a link. Send it the way you send anything else.

Talk

Everyone speaks their own language and reads the others in theirs. When it ends, each person gets a written summary by e-mail, in their own language.

Nikos PappasIl primo container parte dal Pireo lunedì.
Claire DuboisCi servono i documenti due giorni prima.
Marta's screen, reading in Italiano. At the end: her summary, by e-mail.

After the meeting

When the meeting ends, everyone gets a written summary by e-mail, in their own language

  • What was discussed, what was agreed, the problems raised and what comes next: who, what, by when.
  • Someone who leaves early gets a summary of the part they attended.
  • Nothing is recorded, and we keep no copy of the summary.

The same meeting, written for each person in the language they read it in.

What you get

Video, screen sharing, chat and a written summary, translated for everyone

What is said, in your language, with the name

The words appear less than a second after each phrase, while the person is still speaking. You always see who said it.

60 languages

Each person picks theirs once, when they come in. Nobody has to set the language of the meeting.

A chat everyone can read

Write in your language. Each person reads it in theirs. Links and pictures go through too.

Show your screen

A price list, a drawing, a presentation. Everyone sees it while you talk.

Two kinds of room

A meeting, where everyone speaks freely. A training, where one person presents and listeners raise a hand.

A written summary for each person

By e-mail when the meeting ends, in that person's own language.

In any browser

On a computer or a phone. Your guests install nothing and make no account.

Nothing recorded

Nothing that is said is recorded or kept.

What it does not do: speak the translation

The translation is text on the screen. You hear each person's own voice and read what they say.

How the others do it

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do guests need an account?

No. A guest opens your link in any browser, types a name and an e-mail address, and picks a language. There is nothing to install. Only the person who starts the meeting has an account.

Why do guests give an e-mail address?

For the summary and attendance history. Names, e-mail addresses and attendance are retained in the organizing company's dashboard, accessible to the organizer and authorized company administrators. The joining screen explains this. They can erase participant details after the meeting; summaries already delivered by e-mail cannot be recalled.

Is anything recorded?

No. Nothing that is said is recorded or kept. The summary is written when the meeting ends and sent by e-mail; we keep no copy of it.

How many people can join?

Free allows up to 10 participants; Monthly allows up to 50. The limit includes the organizer and applies to meetings and training. Enterprise starts with 50 participants and can be adjusted by agreement.

Which languages?

Choose from 60 languages. Free supports up to 4 reading languages simultaneously; Monthly supports up to 10. Enterprise limits are agreed with the company. A reading-language limit is not a participant limit.

Does it speak the translation?

No. The translation is text on the screen, with the speaker's name. You hear each person's own voice and read what they say.

How fast is it?

The words appear in your language less than a second after each phrase, while the person is still speaking. Nobody has to stop and wait.

How long are my hours valid?

Monthly includes 10 hours for the paid billing period; unused included hours do not roll over. An extra 10-hour pack costs 19 € and is valid for 30 days from purchase, without automatic renewal. Existing prepaid hours keep their original conditions.

What if my hours run out?

The meeting ends when its available hours are used up. Buy another 10-hour pack for 19 € in your account, or contact us about Enterprise for larger or regular needs. Extra packs do not create another subscription.

How do I buy hours?

Create an account and sign in in two steps. Choose Monthly or an extra pack in your dashboard and pay by card. The price, validity and renewal choice are shown before payment. Free requires a verified company e-mail domain and no card.

Someone sent me a link. What do I do?

Open it. It takes you straight to the meeting: type your name and e-mail address, pick your language, and join. You pay nothing.

Hold your next meeting in every participant's language

Start it, send the link, and talk. 19 € a month includes 10 meeting hours, for the whole room.
