TraduLive Meeting
These additional terms and privacy notices apply to TraduLive Meeting, not to minute packs in the mobile app. For Meeting, they supplement the general documents linked below and take precedence where the billing or attendance rules differ.
Terms of Use
Start with a free company trial, choose a monthly plan, or agree an Enterprise contract. Live translated captions, chat and multilingual summaries are included. Guests pay nothing.
1 free meeting hour per verified company e-mail domain.
Free allows up to 10 participants; Monthly allows up to 50. The limit includes the organizer and applies to meetings and training. Enterprise starts with 50 participants and can be adjusted by agreement.
Choose from 60 languages. Free supports up to 4 reading languages simultaneously; Monthly supports up to 10. Enterprise limits are agreed with the company. A reading-language limit is not a participant limit.
Monthly includes 10 hours for the paid billing period; unused included hours do not roll over. An extra 10-hour pack costs 19 € and is valid for 30 days from purchase, without automatic renewal. Existing prepaid hours keep their original conditions.
VAT is added where it applies. Monthly auto-renewal is selected by default before checkout. Turn it off in your account to stop the next renewal; paid hours remain available until expiry. One organizer and one active meeting per Monthly plan.
Meeting time starts when another participant joins and runs until the meeting ends. Each meeting is rounded up to a whole minute, whether or not anyone speaks or uses translation. Participant limits include the organizer. A guest's name and e-mail are self-declared unless explicitly marked as verified.
Privacy Policy
For the summary and attendance history. Names, e-mail addresses and attendance are retained in the organizing company's dashboard, accessible to the organizer and authorized company administrators. The joining screen explains this. They can erase participant details after the meeting; summaries already delivered by e-mail cannot be recalled.
Participant names, e-mail addresses and account links in attendance history are removed after 90 days, or earlier when the organizer or an authorized company administrator erases participant details after the meeting. Detailed meeting history is removed after 12 months. Monthly statistics and necessary financial records are retained separately. Deletion does not recall messages already sent to participants or remove copies held by their e-mail providers. We do not store audio, transcripts or summary text in the dashboard.
The organizing company decides who is invited and which administrators can access its attendance history. Ask the organizer or contact@tradulive.com to request access, correction or deletion of your data. We verify the requester's identity before disclosing or deleting data. Billing, fraud-prevention and legally required records may be retained separately; any applicable exception will be explained. The privacy policy below describes your other rights and the service operator.
Meeting uses LiveKit for live media transport; Soniox for speech processing; Google Gemini for text translation and summaries; Supabase for accounts and data; Stripe for website card payments; Resend for e-mail; and Vercel and Cloudflare for hosting and delivery. Providers may retain operational records under their own policies and applicable agreements. A website card payment is handled by Stripe, not by a mobile app store. We do not receive your full card details. Statutory refund and consumer rights are not waived.
